** This is a virtual position that can sit in any location in the US**

 

Job Purpose

  • Participate in quarterly and annual distributor-led sales planning for assigned region. 
  • Develops and maintains relationships with distributor partners in assigned regions to manage the pipeline with sales team, educational opportunities and inquiries from customer and distributor, administering the appropriate support and solutions.
  • Develop and assist with the pipeline and sales growth as liaison between entegra and distribution partners.
  • Meet new business growth goals through distributor relationships as demonstrated by new SMB customers. 
  • Provide oversight of entegra's approval process, tracking, and CEM documentation within established guidelines.
  • Generate potential lead referrals from distributor interactions for entegra Enterprise and SMB direct sales teams. 

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Connecting resources in order to address customer inquiries, distributor inquiries and sales processes.
  • Navigating competing distributor relationships, approval and sourcing processes.

Typical Knowledge & Skills

  • Knowledge of GPO industry, knowledge of Food Industry, understanding of key food distributors, experience in one of the following four industry segments: Senior Care; Lodging/Casinos; Sports & Leisure; Restaurants

Basic Qualifications Basic Education Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required, MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Basic Management Experience: None
  • Basic Functional Experience: 10+ years sales experience with or to distributors in the food industry. 
  • Strong working knowledge of developing and leveraging relationships to influence decisions. 
  • Strong customer management and cross selling skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Practitioner of Same Side Selling or Spin Selling concepts. 
  • Preference to those with Food Distributor experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 5 years   

Basic Functional Experience - 5 years
