About this Position
In conjunction with the Director, Change Management, work stream leaders and key stakeholders, this position utilizes Sodexo’s change management approach to identify organizational change impacts, and to develop and implement specific strategies and tactics to address these impacts for key finance initiatives across North America.
More specifically, this position will consult with work stream leaders to conduct stakeholder analysis, evaluate change impacts and desired outcomes, develop communication plans, and leverage advanced communications skills to design and develop communications materials in conjunction with project resources and Sodexo’s Communications Department.
In addition, this role will help to assess training needs related to the changes at hand and contribute to developing strategies & tactics to address them. In order to ensure lasting change, this position also assists with establishing and evaluating relevant measurements before, during and after the change is implemented and works with the Director, Change Management, and work stream leaders to take appropriate actions that sustain desired behaviors.

Our ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of directly relevant experience involving managing organizational change in areas such as consulting, communications, organizational development or human resources. In addition, our selected candidate will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to successfully communicate, influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization. The ability to work independently, prioritize work, manage multiple initiatives, handle diverse situations and meet aggressive project timelines is a must. Advanced MS PowerPoint and MS Word skills are required.
Location and Travel
This position will be based out of our office in Buffalo, NY and requires up to 10% travel.

Basic Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree.
Basic Functional Experience: at least 3 years of organizational change experience.
