Sodexo Government has an exciting opportunity for a General Manager 3 at a retail food service account located in historic Washington DC. This account generates approximately $1.4 million annually in revenue; supporting a population of approximately 4,000 government employees. The General Manager 3 will be responsible for maintaining the excellent client relationship and customer service standards in place.
The General Manager 3 will be responsible for supervising 12 employees, and 1 FT supervisor. The food service offerings at this location consist of a 7 concept cafeteria and a National Brand coffee kiosk. This operation is Monday thru Friday, 52 weeks per year and closed on all Federal holidays.
General GSA security clearance is required.

Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account
Provides local leadership and strategic direction while developing team for new and emerging business solutions that sustain growth in the day to day operations.
