Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a General Manager 5 for Toyota in Georgetown, KY.

This location is the largest US Automotive Plant in the Toyota Family.  Located in scenic Georgetown, KY this role will be responsible for an operation that offers 4 cafes and 3 Micro Market Retail locations with a robust Catering program.

 

The position is a high functioning role and will require daily visits to each operation and high company standards are a key expectation for this role.  Strong team leadership and strategic planing and execution is a primary expectations with the customers and clients we serve.

 

The ideal candidate will need to have 10 plus years as an accomplished Food Service operations and possess high volume experience, Lean or Six Sigma skills are a plus.  Understanding that working in a manufacturing environment demands a focused adherence for client safety policies and key logistical execution.

 

This site must be focused on our food, physical safety standards while managing our high quality food program through Retail Excellence.  Being detailed oriented, well organized and possessing strong planning skills are critical to the success of the position.

Position Summary

Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.
Provides local leadership and strategic direction while developing team for new and emerging business solutions that sustain growth in the day to day operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree           

Basic Management Experience - 5 years              

Basic Functional Experience - 5 years
