Sodexo is seeking two Environmental Services/ Custodial Manager 2 for Naples Community Health System in Naples, FL. Naples Community Health System is the preferred hospital of choice in Southwest Florida.
NCH Baker Hospital Downtown and NCH North Naples Hospital provide personalized care for over 40,000 patients a year in our two-hospital, 716 bed system. These positions are entry level manager positions with the potential of upward leadership, development and growth. They reports to the General Manager and will lead a team of 40 employees, we are looking for someone that is very customer service oriented and high energy to lead our mid shift.
The Custodial Manager role will transition, lead, develop and train a team of employees with an emphasis on client satisfaction at all times. The ideal candidate for this position will have solid knowledge of Sodexo ES Systems and processes including FOSS, CARES, ENGAGE, TRAKKAR, UOS, Gold Check and Black Light inspections. High energy for fast paced environment. Must have a proven track record in driving 3rd party patient satisfaction outcomes, HCAHP scores and employee engagement. Must be familiar with Joint Commission and Hazmat Standards.
We have an evening shift position downtown and a midshift position at Naples North. The Custodial Manager will be required to work weekends and holiday as needed.

Provides management oversight for Environmental Services non-exempt level staff (client and/or Sodexo employees) in the delivery of Sodexo Environmental Service Programs. Ensures Sodexo Operating Standards for Environmental Service are in place as required to consistently meet all company, client, and regulatory requirements. Responsible for non-exempt work force planning through effective scheduling, development of daily work flow assignments, training and development, and monitoring for compliance to the plan.
-Establishes a safe work environment for clients, customers and staff by ensuring equipment safety and compliance with Sodexho safety and loss prevention programs and by providing safety-related training and equipment inventory maintenance.
-Provide leadership and direction to non-exempt employees
-Coordinate/conduct employee training
-Administer Human Resource processes (hiring, performance reviews, constructive counseling, prepare work schedules, payroll, etc.)
-Interact with outside vendors
-Ensure Sodexo Operating Standards for Environmental Service are in place and consistently met.
-Develop/implement action plans for improvement in compliance with Sodexo Operating Standards as identified.
-Reviews and maintains assigned areas of the Sodexo/Client budget commitments.
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
