Sodexo Healthcare is looking for an Sous Chef to join our team at CHI St Joseph Hospital located in Bryan, Texas! CHI St. Joseph Hospital is a 254 bed hospital, and the food operations consist of recently renovated retail cafe, coffee shop, "at your request" patient dining and catering operations. The Sous Chef will oversee all food production for a VIP menu and special new mom dinners. Position requires a strong culinary background, strong HACCP background and the ability to train and teach on food safety. Health-care experience is a plus.
Leads food preparation at one station of a foodservice operation (i.e., salads, soups). May supervise less than two full time employees.
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
