The ability to teach culinary foundations and the ability to work in the kitchen while meeting financial deadlines, safety goals, & enhancing the guest experience is fundamental in this role.
We are seeking a talented culinarian to lead day to day production of our high volume cafe. The ideal candidate will posess fantastic customer service skills, be able to lead a diverse work force and the desire to be the best. The Chef Manager will have some ordering, cash handling and inventory duties.
