Sodexo’s Aviation group is seeking a Senior National Client Executive to oversee food service operations for a high profile client within the US. This is a Dynamic leadership opportunity with a new global growing client! Be a part of the excitement of developing and driving program and team to excellence in the Aviation Lounge environment. You will oversee operations in multiple cities and be the single Sodexo liaison for the national/global client group. Position requires superior leadership skills, strong communication in both written and verbal and financial acumen. You must have a proven track record in restaurant, hotel, plus food and beverage experience. Upscale and complementary dining background, bar service and 365 operations are critical to the success of these services. Experience with the wine & spirit knowledge is a plus! The position requires a strategic-thinking leader who is able to work in partnership with client vision & expectations while delivering on high quality strategies to put new & fresh ideas on the table to achieve high customer and guest satisfaction. Ideal candidate will have a strong energetic executive presence with a strong project management background and the ability to work within a complex; multiple client organizations and proven successful P & L management are musts. Strong relationship skills are a must in order to effectively work internally as well as externally to the organization.

 

The ideal candidate should reside in the Southwest, Southeast or Northeast region near major airport. This position requires extensive travel.

Position Summary

Leads the operational and strategic growth of a multi-site, multi-state operating area client relationship including policy compliance, staff training and development, financial performance, and client retention.. This position is the single point of contact for all locations. Manages through geographically based DMs and area support positions to meet the needs of the national account client. Develops and implements short- and long-range growth strategies within one client company. Interfaces with the national account client's organization which may include global real estate, facilities management and outsourcing vendors. Responsible for growing the business in existing locations by adding new services and new sites and growing the overall portfolio of client locations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree
Basic Management Experience - 10 years
Basic Functional Experience - 10 years of multi-unit, support, or strategic leadership experience.
