Sodexo Schools is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to oversee culinary services for a special services school district K-12 setting located in Mount Holly, NJ.
The Chef will be responsible for 5 locations to include satellite campuses and county high school accounts as needed. Should be creative, up to date on current food and health trends. Should have a solid catering background. School and special diets knowledge would be a plus as well. Also have strong interpersonal skills with both clients and staff. Supervisory skills are a must for this position. Responsible for food purchases / inventory control as well as costing out current and proposed new menu items as well as all special functions for the district. Knowledge and execution of HACCP and ServSafe principles a must.

Provides culinary leadership within a small sized unit including menu planning, program execution and staff management & training. Works directly with internal and external clients managing the catering process from beginning through execution

-Manages food & physical safety program.
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
