Unit Description

This General Manager will be responsible for a corporate dining account in Plano, Texas. The services include a Cafe, Starbucks we proudly brew, catering, office coffee, vending and a Grab and Go location in a second building on campus.

The ideal GM will have prior experience managing a tight P&L contract management operation for breakfast & lunch service, mainly Monday- Friday. Must have experience hiring, training & managing staff, hands on mgr role responsible for ordering, inventory, marketing, cash controls, financials as well as client relations. If you have prior experience managing a successful cafe operation, preferably in a corporate setting, we want to hear from you.

Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree 
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years
