Sodexo Schools has an exciting opportunity for a Food General Manager 2 at a school district food service account located in Tri County Area. The General Manager 2 will be responsible for maintaining an excellent client relationship and ensuring high customer service standards.
The General Manager 2 will have full oversight of the operation while managing 15 union employees. The food service locations include an elementary at 500 students a middle school and high school at 300. This operation is Monday - Friday with summer meals being served as well.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in the following areas:

Manages all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience – 3 years of relevant experience in school nutrition programs
