Sodexo Conferencing is seeking an Audio / Visual Manager to join our team in Alexandria, VA. This AV Manager will be responsible for the commissioning, maintenance and support of various types of AV systems within a large and active conference center with over 160 rooms located at a Federal Government facility in Alexandria, VA.
Experience in maintenance, support and repair of AV systems. CTS certification preferred.Candidate should be familiar with AMX and Crestron control panels, and be able to read signal flow diagrams and understand “as built drawings”. Candidate should also understand modern AV systems-terminations, signals, equipment.
Primary duties of this Audio / Visual Manager include maintenance, troubleshooting, analysis, and repair of all types of AV systems. Including but not limited to:

To support all aspects of the Conference Services team including but not limited to responding to AV support tickets in the auditorium and all buildings on campus. Ensure all clients are able to use the AV provided in the room. Assist the video production and virtual team with live productions.
Manages the provision of audio/visual services for client facility, including scheduling equipment maintenance, upgrading and renting equipment. May be responsible for phone system. Sets up/installs computers with assistance from on-site conference center support staff.

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree
