Sodexo Corporate Services seeking an experienced General Manager 4/Director of Retail for Retail Outlets that are part of a larger contract. This person will be a vital member of the core management team at the unit. Although specifically assigned to Retail, must be a team player and understand need to support other areas as needed and on a daily basis. Team cohesiveness is key to this contract.
Innovation and Hospitality are key drivers to this new business and important for any candidate for this position to possess and have a desire to expand upon.
Employees reporting to manager will be approximately 15. Union management experience is a must.
Retail Outlets include one large cafe and three smaller retail counters on 4 different floors in the building.
Interview will be conducted with Sodexo Management personnel as well as key client contacts if you are a preferred candidate.
Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.
Provides local leadership and strategic direction while developing team for new and emerging business solutions that sustain growth in the day to day operations.

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree
