Job #68905 - Sodexo is seeking a General Manager (IV) / Dining Service Director for Windsor Park located in Carol Stream, IL. This is a 550 Resident Continuing Care Retirement Community with: Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Health Care. Windsor Park is minutes from Wheaton and Elmhurst, IL, and a short ride from downtown Chicago.
In this role, you will manage our 5 Star Dining Program & busy Bistro with oversight and the implementation of; high quality systems and standards, impeccable food safety and sanitation, the development of client and resident relations, and innovative training programs for 4 managers and 50 hourly employees. You will also interact daily with residents and clients to provide amazing customer service and program enhancements. This senior level director position requires exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to develop teams that deliver extraordinary dining services in order to exceed resident & client expectations. This is a Showcase Account with many unit visits!

Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.
Provides local leadership and strategic direction while developing team for new and emerging business solutions that sustain growth in the day to day operations.
