Sodexo Government North America is seeking an experienced Executive Chef 2 at Warren AFB located outside of Cheyenne, WY. The Executive Chef 2 will be the key driver of the culinary program for the Air Force Dining facility.
This position will be responsible for culinary training and development for the staff. The Executive Chef 2 will be responsible for the implementation and adherence both food and physical safety culinary programs. The chef will work closely with operational personnel to ensure accurate inventory and production records, while ensuring the facility operates within the established budgeted cost targets. The Executive Chef 2 will assume full operational responsibility in the absence of the General Manager.
The Executive Chef 2 will report to the General Manager and lead the culinary team. This position will plan, organize, and manage the daily food production.

Provides culinary leadership within a medium sized unit including menu planning, program execution and staff management & training. Works directly with internal and external clients managing the catering process from beginning through execution.
- Implements & coordinates the culinary function.

- Ensures food preparation & production meets operational standards.
- Manages catering & retail areas.
- Customer & Client satisfaction.
- Financial management to include food cost & labor management.
- Manages food & physical safety programs.
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
