Sodexo Healthcare is currently seeking an Executive Chef 1 for the Wolfgang Puck Express at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center- Seidman Cancer Center located in Cleveland, Ohio. This position will directly oversee the back-of-house operations for the Wolfgang Puck Express including quality assurance, engagement of the hourly workforce, ensuring food safety and sanitiation compliance, direct customer interaction and supervision of 20 employees.
This position requires work schedule flexibility: Mornings (6A-4P) and Evenings (10A-8P) and will include rotating weekends and some holidays.

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
