Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a Chef Manager to join our team aat a manufacturing location in Willard, OH. 


The Chef Manager will report to the Facilities Account Manager.  Location has an estimated MV of $1.6M with 400K for food service.  The Chef Manager is responsible for: ordering, inventory, cash control, creating menus, and managing a team of 4 hourly employees.


The ideal candidate will have hands on culinary skills and a high standard for food quality and customer service.  In addition, this position requires 50% administrative duties including menu development, catering preparation and delivery, ordering, inventory, cash handling, and financial responsibilities.  The ideal candidate will have management experience and be comfortable with a mix of hands on activities and administrative duties.

Position Summary

Responsible for the day to day execution of the menus & culinary deliverables.  May be responsible for smaller units within a multi-location.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
