We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Human Resource Manager who will direct and support the RECRUITING activities in our Houston market for a large Hospital client which includes 8 hospitals.
This position will be responsible for our hiring our frontline employees across 8 hospital locations within our system and work with the others on the HR team to focus on continued growth and pipeline fulfillment.
The successful candidate will have experience in all Human Resource functions, with a focus on recruitment.
Handles basic human resource functions and administration for a single account/unit. May include payroll, benefits, training, employee relations, recruiting, safety, etc. Position focuses on hourly workforce.
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
