Sodexo Senior Living has an exciting opportunity for a Chef Manager/General Manager at Revel Lacey, an upscale Independent Living Retirement community in Lacey, Washington. This multi-unit account supports a population of congressman, staffers, government officials and employees. The General Manager 3 will be responsible for maintaining an excellent client relationship and ensuring high customer service standards.
The Chef Manager/General Manager will be responsible for leading a team of 10 Sodexo Frontline Employees. This is a one manager operation. The food service offerings at this location include a Bistro and full service restaurant style dining room for the Residents.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Chef Manager/General Manager.This is an extremely visible role where the Chef Manager/General Manager must have experience with both, Culinary and General management. An extremely high level of service standards must be maintained in the areas of customer service, cleanliness, food quality and speed of food service.
