Unit Description

Sodexo is seeking a per diem Registered Dietitian at St. Vincent Hospital, 285 bed acute care hospital.  Selected candidate will provide clinical coverage in all patient areas as needed.  This is a per diem position with no regularly scheduled hours.


Reporting to the Clinical Nutrition Manager, this Clinical Dietitian will:

  • Be a Registered Dietitian with MA state licensure or in the process of obtaining licensure.
  • Be flexible to cover varying days, including weekends, as needed.
  • Have experience with electronic charting and the Nutrition Care Process.
  • Demonstrate strong time management and customer service skills, and be team-oriented.
  • Be a self-starter, independent, and flexible.

Position Summary

Knowledge of nutrition care principles for acutely or chronically ill patients/residents within specialty areas (e.g., pediatrics, diabetes, cardiovascular). Excellent communication and counseling skills.


Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree
Basic Functional Experience - Meets eligibility requirements for certification as a Registered Dietitian
