Sodexo Senior Living has an exciting opportunity for a Food General Manager 3 in Sodexo’s Senior Living, at an upscale food service account in Central California. The General Manager 3 will be responsible for maintaining an excellent client relationship and ensuring high customer service standards.
The General Manager 3 will be responsible for supervising 60 frontline employees, and 5 managers. The food service offerings are high end fine dining and a full bar for Residents.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Food General Manager 3 to provide leadership and oversight and be able to provide high-touch, and high caliber customer service. An extremely high level of service standards must be maintained in the areas of customer service, cleanliness, food quality and speed of food service. Successfully managing the serving of a high volume of customers in short periods of time must be a consistent top priority for this manger.

Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account
