Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for an Executive Chef 1 to join our team at one of our Food and Facilities accounts in Stamford CT! This is an exciting opportunity for a Chef to oversee a small food operations with a MV of 850K. The current food landscape consist of 1 cafe and catering operations of 140K a year.
The Executive Chef 1 will be responsible for menu planning, ordering, inventory, leading and managing a team of 7 hourly employees, managing food and labor cost, safety and sanitation, and client interaction.

Provides culinary leadership within a small sized unit including menu planning, program execution and staff management & training. Works directly with internal and external clients managing the catering process from beginning through execution

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
