Sodexo Senior Living is seeking an experienced General Manager 3 to lead our Dining department at Villa Marin in San Rafael, CA.

Villa Marin is a HOA community designed for residents in different periods in their life. Nestled on a hill overlooking the mountains. Residents here have the ability to enjoy meals in our high end restaurant style dining room. The ideal candidate will be responsible for one location with P&L and Fee financial reporting. The General Manager 3 must be client savvy, customer service orientated and have experience with retail and food operations.
The General Manager 3 will build and maintain successful relationships and be visible and hands-on with all unit operations.
*The General Manager 3 should have a current CDM (Certified Dietary Manager) certification or be a Registered Dietitian.*

Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account
Provides local leadership and strategic direction while developing team for new and emerging business solutions that sustain growth in the day to day operations.

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree
