Memorial Hermann Greater Heights Hospital is an acute care hospital in North West Houston. This hospital is licensed for 220 patients, with a cafe and a strong catering business. The hospital runs the Expressly For You patient feeding program. This position is directly responible for the development of the Sous Chef, Cooks, utility staff, HACCP control, and managing food cost. Other responsibilities will include, cafe and catering menu development, managing the daily activities of the cooks and maintaining documentation for all Sodexo standards.
Previous experience in Health Care desired.
Must have excellent customer service experience, with a focus on catering events
Responsible for the day to day execution of the menus & culinary deliverables. May be responsible for smaller units within a multi-location.

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
