Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef 3 for Vidant Medical Center
located in Greenville, NC. Relocation is offered!!
The Executive Chef will provide senior support, working to lead the food service team with an emphasis in: patient services, retail and catering. Responsibilities include: daily maintenance and/or filing of FMS, HACCP forms, temperature logs, accounts payable, inventory, ordering/receiving and department sanitation. Hands-on on training and production execution will be required when needed to ensure operational effectiveness at the unit. This position includes a competitive compensation package, including relocation!

Qualifications for the Executive Chef include prior culinary management experience in a high volume healthcare environment, strong food production planning management and food cost management experience, computer literacy, full HACCP knowledge and ServSafe certification.

Provides culinary leadership within a large sized unit including menu planning, program execution and staff management & training. Works directly with internal and external clients managing the catering process from beginning through execution.
- Implements & coordinates the culinary function.

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree
Basic Management Experience - 3 years
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
