    Sodexo is seeking an experienced Training Manager 2 for a potential new sale in beautiful Morgantown, West Virginia!   
     
    ** RELOCATION ASSISTANCE IS AVAILABLE WITH THIS POSITION! **
     
    Scope of services: day-to-day management and supervision of the training and development of the dining services personnel. Best qualified candidate will have prior experience with: technical skill and leadership behavioral based training, individual skill assessments, performance planning and evaluation, individual and group training and development plans, determining succession planning for all key positions.  Position will: deliver training programs, utilize Sodexo, Campus or industry subject experts when needed, coach and mentor individuals on an on-going basis, and support Human Resource policies and procedures.

    Position Summary

    Administers, organizes and conducts training and educational programs in connection with management and promotional development, on-the-job training, and employee orientation. Identifies training needs. Understands training resources in Division. Maintains records of training activities and employee progress. Monitors effectiveness of programs. Generally delivers training that is pre-prepared. Reports to GM. Position exists only in large or complex units.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree
    Basic Management Experience - 2 years
    Basic Functional Experience – 1 year in technical area
