Sodexo is changing the way society sees Senior Living, one resident at a time. We are currently looking to build our team in the greater Phoenix, Arizona area. We are seeking, highly motivated, and innovative Foodservice Operations  professionals. The ideal candidates will have culinary and front of house experience as well as strong understanding of unit financials. 

 

The successful candidate will:

  • direct and supervise the dining operations and staff;
  • Interface closely and daily with residents, client executive level leadership and client board members;
  • ensure that the highest possible standards of food safety, food service and presentaion are achieved.

Position Summary

Responsible for the day to day execution of the menus & culinary deliverables.  May be responsible for smaller units within a multi-location.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
