Sodexo is looking for a Patient Transport Manager for Lutheran Medical Center, a 409 licensed bed facility located minutes away from downtown Denver.
The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $57,000 and benefits eligible.
This position will manage the Patient Transport Department, of about 20 employees. This position will supervise and coordinating activities ensuring effective patient flow and throughout. Some details of the position include collaborating with the General Manager on monitoring the employee productivity and activities. Ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees. Work hands on as needed, all while providing leadership to frontline associates. Responsibility for ensuring that each employee adheres to all client and Sodexo policies and procedures, as well as maintain all safety programs. This is primarily a day shift position, with some Alternate weekend and Holiday.

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in functional areas such as call center technology, computer applications, process improvement, or related areas
