    Sodexo is seeking a Chef Manager at St Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City, OK. St. Anthony Hospital is a large 400+beds central city account located in the heart of revitalized Mid Town and Brick Town. St. Anthony is part of larger organization with 20+ facilities in Mid Central United States. The facility has a new cafe area, At Your Request room service dining, and a large production area that services more than one building.

    Reporting to the General Manager and Operations Manager the Chef will oversee Food for the retail cafe, patient dining services and Doctors' Lounge, and catering in the hospital.

    Candidate will: 

    • Providing the customer with a consistent quality experience in the retail café.
    • Excellent team leadership, drive morale and productivity
    • Assisting in the maintenance FMS and HACCP
    • Supervision and scheduling of up to 20 employees and will work to ensure high quality customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction.
    • Ensuring compliance to food safety, sanitation and overall work place safety standards.
    • Flexibility - ability to work as needed some nights and weekends.

    Position Summary

    Responsible for the day to day execution of the menus & culinary deliverables.  May be responsible for smaller units within a multi-location.

    Key Duties
    - Executes the culinary function.
    - Customer & Client satisfaction.
    - Handles administrative functions.
     


     

     

    Qualifications & Requirements

    Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
    Basic Management Experience - 1 year
