    University of Wisconsin of Eau Claire


    Looking for a talented Sous Chef to help lead Catering and Retail culinary operations on a medium sized campus at University of Wisconsin Eau Claire.  Growth opportunities available!


    Must Have:

      • Creativity in food presentation, and experience in custom High-End catering;
      • High level of energy and extraordinary culinary knowledge
      • Impeccable quality standards;
      • A talent for developing and inspiring a culinary team;
      • Proven history of culinary leadership success;
      • Passion for utilizing local seasonal ingredients;
      • Demonstrates great communication skills and is comfortable in public speaking and presentation engagements;
      • Desire to think out of the box and have a lot of Fun!

    Position Summary

    Leads food preparation at one station of a foodservice operation (i.e., salads, soups). May supervise less than two full time employees.


    Qualifications & Requirements

    Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
