Sodexo Senior Living is seeking a Sous Chef to support our Senior Living team in the beautiful Marin County, California region.
This Sous Chef will support three upscale Senior Living communities ranging in sizes from 250-300 residents. This position will lead up to 25 frontline team members, while assisting with purchasing, inventory management, and manage plate presentation, high end catering, food safety, and kitchen sanitation.

Leads food preparation at one station of a foodservice operation (i.e., salads, soups). May supervise less than two full time employees.
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
