This Food Service Manager, Regional Operations Support 1 (ROSI) has overall responsibility, or a portion of an on-sight operations area for Culinary Retail / Cafeteria / Patient Feeding as assigned by the Client Executive.
This is a travelling support position primarily covering Jersey City NJ and the surrounding states.
In this role, the ROSI has direct accountability for executing Sodexo systems, programs, resources, tools, and talent management that drives operational excellence and our service
commitments that are: Predictable, Reliable, and Repeatable.
We are looking for an individual with a background in Retail Food Service / Culinary / Cafeteria and with management experience in a retail / restaurant setting. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines and be comfortable in a high volume, fast paced environment.

Analysis & Decision Making
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree in related field or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in facilities (e.g., maintenance, plant operations, engineering services, grounds, custodial/environmental, or transportation) or food (e.g., food services or operations, concessions, retail sales, store operations, or vending) services, CTM, or Clinical Nutrition;
