    Sodexo Senior Living is seeking an experienced and compassionate Dining Services Director to lead a talented team of managers and dedicated staff in delivering outstanding Dining Services at Tabitha Nursing’s four locations in the greater Lincoln, Nebraska area.

     

     

    *This position requires a Certified Dietary Management Certification or be a Registered Dietitian*

     

    Position Responsibilities Include:

     

    Managing the successful operation of the Food & Nutrition Services through direct leadership and support of the management team. The Dining Services Director ensures client, customer service/satisfaction with efficient cost effective management that both meets and exceeds expectations.

     

    Oversight leadership of the following Dining Programs; Meals On Wheels, Adult Day Services, Catering programs regulatory compliance, sanitation, infection control, and all client-related activities. Also conducts interviews and hires, trains and supports management team members. Plans, assigns and directs work and appraises performance. Addresses complaints and resolves problems by engaging with residents, staff, clients and management team.

     

    Additionally, oversees and ensures compliance in all facets of operations as required by CMS, local health department and Client and Sodexo Safety Standards.

    Position Summary

    Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.
    Provides local leadership and strategic direction while developing team for new and emerging business solutions that sustain growth in the day to day operations.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree           

    Basic Management Experience - 5 years              

    Basic Functional Experience - 5 years
