Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for an Executive Chef 1 to join our team at M&T Bank in Baltimore MD! This location is a brand new building with a brand new kitchen. The current food landscape consist of Executive Dining room, Catering Operations and Fresh Food Vending Machines that stock specialty sandwiches, salads and drinks.
We are looking for a talented and passionate Executive Chef 1 to manage an Executive Dining Room in a professional office setting. Experience in fine dining, menu planning, and catering a plus. Ideal candidate demonstrates the ability to mentor and mold members of the staff, and has excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Imagine yourself using your creative abilities, working hands-on designing a seasonal and local menu all while working Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with only a few evenings per month. Work place is located in downtown Baltimore, in a brand new facility with a long-term client of Sodexo. Ideal candidate will be committed to continuing a positive, lasting relationship with the client through positive interactions, collaboration and teamwork.
Provides culinary leadership within a small sized unit including menu planning, program execution and staff management & training. Works directly with internal and external clients managing the catering process from beginning through execution

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
