Sodexo is seeking an Aviation Club General Manager for our Aviation Services account at St Louis Lambert International Airport (STL).

The Aviation Club General Manager's responsibilities are the day to day operation of a private Airline Club/Lounge. This account is a private airline club/lounge for frequent travelers and airline club/lounge members. This role will supervise Sodexo employees (including food attendants and bartenders), must follow Sodexo programs, standard food safety policies & financial administrative duties. We offer a complementary food program as well as full bar/beverage operations. The club is open 7 days a week from early morning until the last flight leaves for the day. We are looking for a candidate with experience in food and labor cost controls, exceptional customer service, leadership skills and hands-on bartending experience; this role also ensures culinary standards and will collaborate with the District Manager to ensure customer satisfaction.
