    Sodexo Leisure is seeking an experienced General Manager 4 to lead our operations at Atlanta Sports City in the Lithonia, GAAtlanta Sports City (ASC) at Stonecrest is a 200 acre sports and entertainment destination.  Located adjacent to the Mall at Stonecrest, ASC will feature indoor and outdoor sports facilities, restaurants, retail shops, entertainment venues, an extreme sports area, meeting and event space, hotels and a 15,000 seat professional stadium.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Focus on day-to-day operations of the multi outlet retail and concessions in a venue of $3M+
    • Responsible for all aspects of the business to include client relations & financials of the unit

     

    You are/have:

    • Prior experience leading F&B operations in a cultural destination is MUST!
    • Experiencing in managing multiple outlets
    • Real passion for delivering superb guest service, food quality, safety, and providing a positive and professional work environment

    Position Summary

    Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.
    Provides local leadership and strategic direction while developing team for new and emerging business solutions that sustain growth in the day to day operations.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree           

    Basic Management Experience - 5 years              

    Basic Functional Experience - 5 years
