    Sodexo Leisure has an exciting opening for an Executive Chef 2 to lead our culinary operations at the Atlanta Sports City!  Sodexo Leisure will operate the retail cafe & catering operations at this premier venue. 


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Planning & execution of daily food production for Internal & External high-end catering events in a venue of $3MIL+
    • Full oversight for development of kitchen staff, HACCP, food safety, ordering, inventory
    • Creating standard and specialty cafe and catering menus

    You will have/are:

    • Prior experience leading retail, catering & concessions an indoor or outdoor sports facility!

    Atlanta Sports City:

    Atlanta Sports City (ASC) at Stonecrest is a 200 acre sports and entertainment destination planned in the newly established city of Stonecrest, Georgia.  Located adjacent to the Mall at Stonecrest, ASC will feature indoor and outdoor sports facilities, restaurants, retail shops, entertainment venues, an extreme sports area, meeting and event space, hotels and a 15,000 seat professional stadium.

    Position Summary

    Provides culinary leadership within a medium sized unit including menu planning, program execution and staff management & training.  Works directly with internal and external clients managing the catering process from beginning through execution. 
    Key Duties
    - Implements & coordinates the culinary function. 
    - Directs & trains cooks & utility workers.
    - Ensures food preparation & production meets operational standards.
    - Manages catering & retail areas.
    - Customer & Client satisfaction.
    - Financial management to include food cost & labor management.
    -  Manages food & physical safety programs.


    Qualifications & Requirements

    Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree 
    Basic Management Experience - 2 years
    Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
