Sodexo Healthcare is seeking a Client Executive 2 (Multi-client) to help support the Northern California market, overseeing multiple locations.  

 

The successful candidate must have strong financial acumen, talent management, communication skills and front-line leadership, in addition to a demonstrated track record of developing strong client relationships. If you have experience as a General Manager, District Manager and/or Client Executive in a healthcare environment with Food Services or Environmental Services (EVS), you are encouraged to apply now!

 Responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with client managers, finance managers, project managers, HR Directors, Division Presidents, CFOs and supply chain representatives
  • Coordinating and directing all activities including financial performance, client retention, policy compliance, and employee training and development
  • Working with clients and RVPs in all matters relating to contract and account operations
  • Develops business plans and budgets for accounts in conjunction with the account GMs
  • Delivering and maintaining financial results

Ideal Candidates will come with:

  • Extensive experience managing Food & Nutrition and/or Environmental Services (EVS) operations, preferably overseeing multi-units and/or locations
  • Knowledge of latest trends and innovations to drive client value
  • A proven track record demonstrating strong leadership skills
  • Ability to build and develop a strong team
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Client relationship skills
  • Strong communication skills and proven ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization (frontline to C-suite)
  • Business development skills to identify and successfully target growth opportunities among existing clients
  • Financial and creative problem-solving acumen
  • Sales exposure is desired

Position Summary

The Client Executive (Multi) has overall leadership and responsibility for client relationships, oversight of the assigned contracts for multiple client organizations with single or multiple services. Has direct accountability for operational excellence - achieved by delivering on our contractual obligations and our service commitments that are: Predictable, Reliable, and Repeatable

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 7 years

Basic Functional Experience - 7 years
