Sodexo is seeking a Vice President, Division Human Resources leader to support the Universities segment. The client portfolio includes multiple accounts (with concentration in Food and Facilities management) in the West region and Canada. The HRVP would ideally reside in the geography (with a preference closer to the West Coast) due to concentration of business. Responsible for the HR leadership of a segment in a region, delivering the talent management and commercial HR insight to support the segment goal and ambitions, with the support of HR Services. Reports to the Regional Segment Head or Global Segment HR Head.
Purpose of the Job and characteristics
● Work closely with regional HR Operations and Service Operations HR teams to ensure HR needs are met for segment employees in the region
● Enable segment performance at regional level and support the segment strategy through HR leadership
● Ensure consistent talent management and employee relations support (jointly with HR Services)
● Supporting the SVP HR with the development, implementation and management of segment specific incentive programs, including sales commission schemes working with Group Reward
● Advising, designing and supporting specified HR projects that deliver on our Employee Value Proposition, our Client HR Value Proposition and achieve our Quality of Life positioning
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree
Basic Management Experience - 10 years
Basic Functional Experience - 10 years
