This group is responsible for cost savings investigations, obtaining determination/resolve in getting credits, payment of carrier billings, telecommunications deployment and vendor negotiations.

The Senior Manager, Support Services is responsible for managing all Support Services operations to include staffing, budgeting, daily operations, quality, staff efficiency, and training. Sr. Manager is responsible for day to day operations call tracking, interface to IS&T key field personnel and provide world class customer service.
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree
Basic Management Experience - 5 years
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years
