Sodexo has a great opportunity for you as a General Manager 5 for University of Vermont (UVM) located in Burlington, VT. At University of Vermont the General Manager will report to the Resident District Manager. Oversee 4 resident dining operations and 8 retail operations, and 3 subcontracted locations to include local brands. Also manage vending operations for campus through Campus Vending Solutions. Responsible for the managing the individual profit centers, manager development and accountability, renovation projects and program innovations. Oversees the catering director, sustainability manager, 2 operations directors, marketing admin, and Campus Executive Chef and large management team of 18 managers. Candidate needs to be strongly committed and have experience in farm to table sustainability growth, student and employee engagement including strong multicultural competency.
