Sodexo Clinical Technology Management seeks a Biomedical Equipment I for Wentworth-Douglass Hospital which is a 178-bed Magnet® Recognized hospital, with several urgent care and walk-in care facilities, multiple testing centers, 36 Wentworth Health Partners primary care and specialty care provider practices, as well as Works Health and Fitness Center. It is a family of 400 providers and 2,300 employees, including nearly 500 nurses, and 200 volunteers.
Candidate must possess a high level of technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to make decisions regarding repairs and service of customer equipment. Will also need excellent customer service/time management skill along with the capability to communicate effectively both in written and verbal manner with customers regarding services performed and with internal and external customers, vendors, and colleagues.

Troubleshoots, inspects, repairs, maintains and calibrates a basic range of clinical equipment, devices, systems and instruments.
-Inspect, maintain, repair and calibrate equipment and systems
-Provides advanced support of equipment for direct patient care
-Interacts on a routine basis with clinical health providers in the identification of technology based problems and solutions
-Solves organization-level customer service issues and complaints
-Preparing required documentation and reports
-Ensures regulatory compliance
-Financial responsibility for purchasing parts and service
-Demonstrates a safety mindset
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree in electronic, biomedical engineering or a discipline geared toward managing maintaining and repairing clinical equipment within a healthcare environment and/or equivalent of military BMET program and/or AAMI certified
