    Sodexo is seeking a two Patient Services Managers for the Steward Healthcare Network in MA.  This national health care system has continuous focus on patient experience to drive outcomes. Each position will cover 5 hospitals in a north or south region of the Boston Metro area. The 2 positions will be responsible to drive patient satisfaction and improve the over all patient experience for the system.

     

    Seeking a self-directed, high-performing manager to complement a high-functioning management team.  Primary focus is to drive patient satisfaction via rounding, customer service training, auditing and constant enhancement of our Sodexo AYR (At Your Request room service) program.  Responsible to round on patient care units interacting with patients regarding the satisfaction of their meals and environment.

    • Implement Service Depot
    • Menu upgrades and associated technology
    • Service recovery
    • Communication board updates
    • CARES & Customer Service
    • Represent department on hospital committees
    • Regional / National calls

    Position Summary

    Provides direction for patient meal services at patient care units to ensure customer satisfaction and retention for the Company.
    Key Duties
    - Directs daily operations of patient meal services at patient care units to ensure employees have appropriate equipment, inventory and resources to perform their jobs and meet goals and deadlines.

    - Supervises day-today work activities by delegating authority, assigning, scheduling, and prioritizing activities and monitoring operating standards.

    - Establishes operating standards, implements quality improvements and communicates them to employees.

    - Performs audits and prepares reports.
     


     

     

     

    Qualifications & Requirements

    Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree
    Basic Management Experience - 2 years
    Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
