New Potential Sale for a portfolio of nine senior living properties located in four states (currently MI, TX, PA and VA) and containing over 1,400 units. The communities are for active adult/independent senior living. The potential client is seeking investment opportunities to add to its rapid-growing portfolio. Preferred candidate to reside in the Tampa, Florida area
Seeking candidate with proven successful experience(s) with contract managment of for-profit business, investment firm knowledge/experience, management of full profit and loss financial management, and full-service/hourly & managment team structure, with experience in multi-state management.
Potential sale may include dietary and housekeeping offer.
Serves as the primary representative of Sodexo for multiple accounts in a designated geographic area. Responsible for successfully coordinating and directing all activities within the assigned geographic area through subordinate managers, supervisors and employees including financial performance, client retention, and employee training and development. Works with each client and the Vice President in all matters relating to contract and account operations in order to establish and maintain a solid and mutually beneficial business relationship that ensures account retention. Develops a business plan and budget for the accounts with the General Manager's.
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree
