Sodexo Energy and Resources is seeking an Administrative Assistant 2 for our office located in Harahan, Louisiana (near New Orleans). Reporting directly to an off-site VP of Operations, the Administrative Assistant will be primarily responsible for supporting this executive along with the team in supply chain, finance, human resources, warehousing, operations and District Managers in a wide variety of situations involving clerical and administrative functions within the office.
This position will work a primarily Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm schedule. The ability to keep all information confidential will be an imperative requirement of this role!
