Experience with large Kitchen food service operations a plus. Four kitchens to oversee. The Production Manager/Chef will be responsible for all aspects of the daily culinary food operations with an output of 1200 meals, lunch and dinner, a day for one of the kitchens on campus, as well as providing supplemental support for three other culinary operations as needed.
You will oversee back of the house production, patient meal services including production planning and controls, ensure Sodexo Culinary Standards including recipe compliance and food quality are met, control food and labor costing, staff training, ordering and HAACP standards are being adhered to. This will be your measurement for success.

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
