Sodexo is currently searching for a Director, Workplace Engineering & Innovation Portfolio Management Team Lead. This position will ideally be located at our Corporate Headquarters in Gaithersburg, Maryland however a remote work location will be considered.
This position leads the specification and implementation of a long-term Technical Services project/program (around three years) in line with the Asset Management Framework (AMF) and organizational project management standards, policies, and principles.
As a program manager, this role will be in “lead/influencer” role as the Segments contribute to all IFM (Integrated Facilities Management), Command Center & AMS Program and Projects to optimize resources from a “time quality and cost” perspective to increase gross profit (increase in top line and decrease in bottom line). It will also lead and contribute to Asset Management Services growth through seeking new innovations to maintain leading edge through use of tools, systems and processes for use across all segments in NorAm.
Leads the specification and implementation of a long-term technical project/program (around three years) in line with organizational project management standards, policies, and principles. Responsible for meeting project/program objectives within quality, time, and budget targets, and for managing associated risks. Contributes to the design and negotiation of external contracts and acts as the senior point of contact for the project.
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's degree
Basic Management Experience – 10 years
Basic Functional Experience - 10 years of experience in area of expertise (Finance, Operations, Supply Management, Strategy, etc.)
