Sodexo is currently seeking a dynamic FM Services Portfolio Manager within our Service Operations across North America. This is a remote opportunity.

Today, our FM Platform works to provide FM standardization and expertise to grow facility management business across all segments, promote an FM culture and serve as a catalyst for FM growth supporting all segments equally and design, manage and support deployment of technical FM services.
About this position:
This role will report to the Vice President of Facilities Management Service Development and will coordinate with FM Platform Leaders, Segment Solution Developers, Creative Services Department, Marketing Offer Board (if required) to ensure all FM core content and collateral for existing FM services and offers effectively capture the value proposition, KPIs, SLAs, costing elements and Quality of Life components for existing services. Project manage the digital standardization of all strategic and comprehensive FM service solutions across all segments in support of the Sodexo FM brand. This position will be responsible for providing support to planning, integrating, coordinating, directing, synchronizing, and managing the knowledge management SharePoint space for all strategic and conceptual comprehensive FM services. Provide regional leadership for any global projects or initiatives. Facilitate and coordinate internal communications plans and processes for the FM Platform in solution development for existing services. Lead multidisciplinary and cross market teams to deliver specific outcomes.
This role will support all segments (Corporate, Universities, Healthcare, Schools, Seniors, Energy & Resources, Sports & Leisure, Aviation and Government Services) from the FM Platform in maintaining core content that emphasize existing FM services. In addition to serving as a resource, this position will be responsible for standardizing and maintaining the library for all strategic and conceptual comprehensive services.
Are you the one?
Our ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree with over 3 years in technical market research, facility management operations, engineering, or related fields. Ability to utilize Microsoft suite tools and manage technical software applications. Technical writing expertise with both strong verbal and written communications skills. High skill level with producing documents within all Microsoft suite tools.
Location and Travel
This is a remote opportunity and candidates must reside near a major airport. This position will require up to 30% travel.

Position will support all segments (Corporate, Universities, Healthcare, Schools, Seniors, Energy & Resources and Government Services) from the FM Platform in maintaining marketing, proposal, costing models and contractual components that emphasize the value proposition and Quality of Life components for existing services.
Position standardizes, develops, refreshes and supports existing strategic and conceptual Comprehensive Service solutions for client business needs (taking into account Client specificities), sales strategy and operational strategies; provides initial prequalifying support with sales team and order of magnitude assessments to better position Sodexo’s value; and optimizes cost of sales investment while improving sales productivity, shortening the solution development cycle, improving win rates, redefining client value-proposition, applying appropriate solution “best practices” and minimizing development costs.
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree
Basic Management Experience - 5 years
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years in technical market research, facility management operations, engineering, or related fields
