Sodexo at Bethel University in Mishawaka, IN has an immediate opening for a Catering/Conference Services Manager. Reporting to the General Manager and Bethel CFO, the Catering/Conference Services Manager handles the coordination and planning of internal and external Catering/Conference activities booked at the University - including Founder's Dinner, Graduation, special admission's events, summer camps (overnight and day), receptions, external group events, and events such as groundbreakings, openings, and dedications.
Duties also include securing event sites, room reservations, audio-visual support, making travel plans, and provide complex and diverse administrative duties in support of the day-to-day operations of the University (draft, edit and finalize individual communications, manage select mass mailings, process invoices, purchase orders, and other budget forms).
