    Sodexo has a General Manager of Aviation Club/Lounges position available at  the Seattle International Airport (SEATAC). This General Manager will be responsible for overseeing Delta Sky Club operations that provide superior customer service to the club members at this premium lounge location which is open 365 days/yr. The ideal General Manager candidate will have prior experience managing an upscale, full service restaurant, multi-unit restaurants and bar operations, lounge or conference center facility; have experience managing budgets, P&L financials, hiring, training and scheduling staff as well as developing the team culture of superior customer service expected by our valued guests.


    Delta Sky Clubs SEATAC has two lounges, one of them being a flagship lounge. This lounge has won multiple awards for it's decor, food, guest service engagement and over all atmosphere. Our clubs have paired up with a local chef and owner of many restaurants in the Seattle area.


    Average daily guest count is approximately 2,000 guests per day. We have a full commissary kitchen to support the smaller second club. As GM you will manage the front and back of house, bars, plus shower facilities and daytime appearance care/custodial for both Lounges.

    Position Summary

    Responsible for general management of an account/unit providing one or more core services (Core Services of: Lounge Operations and may include any of: Complementary Food and Bar, Food For Sale, Appearance Care, Credential Desk, Purchasing and Concierge Services. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
    Basic Management Experience - 5 years
    Basic Functional Experience - 5 years
